Hill promoted the "small schools" concept during the 1993 planning of the Disney Celebration school, Orlando, Florida and
applied the concepts to remodeled middle/high school facilities.

Hill has provided educational facility planning services and technology expertise across the United States as well as in numerous foreign countries including: Canada, China, Malaysia, Russia, Israel, Denmark, China and England.

Franklin Hill planned 9 out of the top 100 high schools in a recent US News & World Report article on education.
