Using nationally recognized projects designed by us or other companies, we can summarize an overview of trends, their technology impacts, and design requirements. These Future Trends Workshops can be very beneficial to architectural teams trying to differentiate themselves from the local market. These workshops are also available to school districts. Pre-Architectural Programming - Educational Specifications: This product defines a comprehensive educational vision, outlines the educational program, defines functional relationships, qualifies building size, and helps manage budgetary requirements. Our educational specifications are built through a consensus model of staff involvement, community involvement, and business partnerships. Our products are well received by both educators and architects. Our success in cost management is well recognized. District Master Planning: District master planning is a substantial portion of our service package. This includes existing conditions building analysis, educational program analysis, demographic analysis, facility needs determination, comprehensive cost estimating, and bond referendum marketing.
